These terms govern your use of the Accountree platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Definitions
Service: The Accountree cloud-based ERP platform. User: Any person or entity authorized to use the service. Data: Information entered or stored in the platform.
2. License and Usage
Accountree grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform according to your subscription tier. Copying, distributing, or reselling the service without authorization is prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) keeping your account credentials secure; (b) activities under your account; (c) compliance with applicable laws; (d) lawful use of the platform.
4. Billing Terms
Billing is according to your selected plan. Payment must be made on specified terms. If billing fails, we may suspend access without prior notice.
5. Warranty and Liability
Accountree is provided 'as is' without express warranties. We are not liable for data loss, loss of profits, or indirect damages. Maximum liability does not exceed amounts paid in the last 30 days.
6. Service Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate service with 30 days' notice if you violate these terms or applicable laws.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes will be resolved in competent courts.
